Design concepts

Gastroenterology homepage concepts built to make booking easy

These are concepts, not live client sites, so you can see the direction before we build anything. Each one is designed to make scheduling a colonoscopy or first visit simple and private, calm the worry around a procedure, and open fast on a phone.

Why the design decides it

What a booking-first site does differently

A patient judges your practice by the site before they judge it by the care. These are the details that win or lose the appointment.

What it is

Why do so many gastroenterology visitors leave without booking?

Because most people who need a gastroenterologist have been putting it off, an overdue screening, or symptoms they are embarrassed to describe out loud. A dated, hard-to-navigate site gives them an easy reason to wait a little longer, and referring offices a reason to send patients elsewhere. A site that works removes the friction and the awkwardness: private, simple scheduling, calm explainers for the prep and procedures people quietly dread, and a professional feel a primary care office trusts. Take away the delay and the embarrassment, and the overdue patient finally books.

Booking as the path of least resistance

Every page is built to make scheduling the easy choice. A clear way to request a visit or a screening, a referral that uploads in seconds, and nothing that gives an overdue patient a reason to wait another year.

The prep and procedure, made calm

Colonoscopy prep, sedation and endoscopy are exactly what patients quietly dread. Plain, reassuring explainers and clear prep steps do more to convert a nervous patient than any list of services.

Private, and built for a phone

People search GI symptoms on a phone, usually about something they would rather not say aloud. Scheduling, calling and reading what you treat are thumb-first, and contact is handled discreetly, so a private worry turns into a booked visit.

Fast enough to keep the nerve

Speed is a design choice. We hand-build lean pages instead of page-builder bloat, so the site opens in about a second and a patient who finally worked up the nerve never leaves on a spinning loader.

Credible to patients and referrers

Board-certified credentials, procedures and conditions laid out clearly, on an accessible, readable build. A site that reads as capable wins both the self-referred patient and the office deciding where to send theirs.

Found for the screening search

Every build ships on clean, structured markup with schema and on-page SEO, so the site that books patients is also the one Google ranks and AI engines quote when someone searches for a colonoscopy or a GI doctor nearby.

What we do

What comes with a gastroenterology build

Every build rests on the same six foundations. Here is what each one covers.

Phase 1

The pages a delaying patient needs

We map the site around what an overdue patient and a referring office both look for, then build a page for every condition and procedure, along with provider, prep and scheduling pages that answer what makes people hesitate.

Meet the founder

Design and build, led by the founder himself

I’m Ashikur Rahman. I’ve spent the better part of a decade in SEO, most recently as Partner and SEO Manager at Doctor Rank, a medical and legal SEO agency I helped found. Every plan, every strategy and every client win there ran through me and my team. Proximity Ranker is the next step, my own agency, built the way I’ve always believed this work should be done.

I keep it small on purpose. We stay selective about who we sign and cap how many clients we take on, so nobody ends up with a template pulled from a drawer. We build your strategy around your specialty, your city and your goals. My own background is in law, an LL.B and an LL.M, and that turns out to be a real edge in YMYL niches like medicine and law, where Google and AI reward genuine expertise and trust.

Hire Proximity Ranker and you work with me, not an account manager. I look over every strategy, every author block and every AI search recommendation before it ships. Search has moved past ten blue links. Your next clients are already asking Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity who to trust, and earning a place inside those answers is the work I care about most.

Most of our visitors are overdue for a screening. Can the site actually get them to book?

That is exactly what it is designed to do. An overdue patient is looking for any reason to wait longer, so we take those reasons away: private, one-tap scheduling, a calm walk-through of prep and sedation, and a page that reads as capable rather than intimidating. The easier and less awkward that first step is, the more overdue patients take it instead of closing the tab.

How quickly could a new GI site be ready?

Usually a few weeks, not months. Once we understand your procedures and conditions and have your photos, discovery and design move quickly, and the build is fast because we hand-build lean pages instead of wrestling a bloated template. You get a real timeline after discovery, not a vague someday.

Can it make scheduling and referral uploads genuinely easy?

Yes, and for GI that is where most patients are won or lost. We design a clear way to request an appointment or a screening, and a simple path for patients or referring offices to send a referral without friction. The smoother that hand-off, the more overdue patients and referred patients actually follow through.

How do you calm the anxiety around prep and procedures?

With plain, reassuring explainers and clear prep instructions, not medical jargon. Colonoscopy prep, sedation and endoscopy are what patients quietly dread, so we design pages that walk them through it calmly. Lowering that fear is often what turns a hesitant visitor into a booked screening.

Will the site read as credible to the primary care offices that refer to us?

That is designed in. Referring offices decide where to send patients partly on how capable a practice looks, so we present your board-certified credentials, procedures and conditions clearly and professionally. The same site that reassures a patient also reads as a place a referrer is comfortable trusting.

Will a redesign help us rank for things like colonoscopy near me?

Yes, when it is built right, and that is how we build. Google rewards clean structure, real speed, mobile-first layouts and schema, so the same conversion-first site that books patients tends to rank better too. We bake on-page SEO and AI-search-ready structure in from the start, rather than bolting it on later.

Once it is live, do I own it, or am I locked in?

You own it, the design and the code both. No proprietary page builder you can never leave, no hosting that holds the site hostage. We train your team to make everyday edits, and any ongoing care we provide stays month to month, so you stay because the work is good, not because you are stuck.

What do I get in the free homepage concept?

A real design of your new homepage, built to make scheduling simple and calm the worry, so you can see the direction and the difference before spending anything. No obligation and no lock-in. If you love it, we build the rest; if not, the concept is yours to keep thinking about.
