When you complete our contact or audit form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, your website, what you need most, your practice area, your phone number if you give it, and anything you write in the message field. You choose what to share, but we need your name and email to reply. A hidden field in the form helps filter out automated spam; it collects nothing about you.
Please do not send client names, case details or any other confidential client information through the form or by email. We do not need it to prepare an audit, and the form is not a channel for privileged or confidential material. If you send it anyway, we will delete it.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, standard analytics data is collected through Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, how you arrived at the Site, and general device and browser information. This is used in aggregate to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.

- Partners such as Hostinger: if you follow one of our partner links, that partner may record that you arrived from our Site, under its own privacy policy. We do not send it your form details.
These providers handle data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you submit through the form for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. To make any request, email contact@proximityranker.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share, including serving the Site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
