Design concepts

ENT homepage concepts that speak to the exact problem

These are concepts, not live client sites, so you can see the direction before we build anything. Each one is designed to read as credible, route sinus, hearing, sleep and pediatric visitors to the right place fast, and make an appointment easy to book on a phone.

Why the design decides it

What a booking-first site does differently

A patient judges your practice by the site before they judge it by the care. These are the details that win or lose the appointment.

What it is

Why does an ENT website need to route patients, not just list services?

Because ENT patients arrive high-intent and each one wants one specific thing. By the time they look you up, they have usually put up with the congestion, the snoring, the blocked ear or the recurring infections for months and tried every spray and antibiotic first. They are not browsing, they are ready to fix it. A site that works sends the sinus sufferer, the hearing patient, the snorer and the worried parent each to a page that speaks to their exact problem in seconds, then makes booking effortless. Route them right and the patient who is finally done toughing it out books with you.

  • A page for every complaint
  • Booking without the runaround
  • Specialist credibility, up front
  • Speed and thumb-friendly mobile
  • Found for sinus, ears and sleep
  • The keys are yours

Route each patient to their problem, fast

Sinus, hearing, snoring and a child's ear infections are very different searches. Clear paths send each visitor to a page about their exact issue within seconds, instead of a generic list they scan and abandon.

The credibility a specialist has earned

Someone who has cycled through primary care and OTC remedies wants a real specialist now. Board-certified credentials, a real face and plain proof of experience do more to book the visit than a page of stock photos.

Thumb-first, for a bad night

People search for an ENT on a phone, often at night when they cannot breathe, sleep or hear. Booking, calling and reading what you treat are built thumb-first, so reaching out is easy the moment they decide to.

Fast, so high intent is not lost

Speed is a design choice. We hand-build lean pages instead of page-builder bloat, so the site opens in about a second and a ready-to-book patient does not bounce on a spinning loader.

Clear for every patient

Readable type, honest contrast, keyboard and screen-reader support, and plain language over jargon, so an older patient with hearing loss or a stressed parent can use the site easily. Accessible pages reach more patients and read better to Google.

Found for sinus, ears and sleep

Every build ships on clean, structured markup with schema and on-page SEO, so the site that reassures patients is also the one Google ranks and AI engines quote when someone searches for a sinus doctor or ENT nearby.

What we do

What comes with an ENT build

Every build rests on the same six foundations. Here is what each one covers.

Phase 1

A page for every complaint

We map the site around a patient searching for one specific problem, then build a page for every condition and treatment, along with provider, new-patient and referral pages that answer what stops people booking.

Meet the founder

Design and build, led by the founder himself

I’m Ashikur Rahman. I’ve spent the better part of a decade in SEO, most recently as Partner and SEO Manager at Doctor Rank, a medical and legal SEO agency I helped found. Every plan, every strategy and every client win there ran through me and my team. Proximity Ranker is the next step, my own agency, built the way I’ve always believed this work should be done.

I keep it small on purpose. We stay selective about who we sign and cap how many clients we take on, so nobody ends up with a template pulled from a drawer. We build your strategy around your specialty, your city and your goals. My own background is in law, an LL.B and an LL.M, and that turns out to be a real edge in YMYL niches like medicine and law, where Google and AI reward genuine expertise and trust.

Hire Proximity Ranker and you work with me, not an account manager. I look over every strategy, every author block and every AI search recommendation before it ships. Search has moved past ten blue links. Your next clients are already asking Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity who to trust, and earning a place inside those answers is the work I care about most.

Our patients want very different things, from sinus to pediatric. Can one site serve all of them?

Yes, and for an ENT that is the whole design challenge. A chronic sinus sufferer, someone losing their hearing and a parent of a child with ear infections are three very different searches. We design clear paths so each one lands on a page that speaks to their exact problem in seconds, instead of a generic list that makes everyone hunt for where they belong.

How soon could a new ENT site go live?

Usually a few weeks, not months. Once we understand the conditions you treat and have your photos, discovery and design move quickly, and the build is fast because we hand-build lean pages instead of wrestling a bloated template. You get a real timeline after discovery, not a vague someday.

Most of our patients arrive after trying everything else. Will the site win that ready-to-book visitor?

That is exactly who an ENT site has to win. Most of your patients show up after months of sprays, antibiotics and toughing it out, ready to see a specialist. We design for that moment, leading with the conditions you treat, your credentials, and an easy path to book, so a high-intent visitor books with you instead of bouncing to the next practice.

A lot of people find us on a phone at night. Will it hold up for them?

It is built for them first. People search for an ENT on a phone, often at night when they cannot breathe, sleep or hear, so we design mobile-first and build for about a one-second load. We check it on real phone widths and against Core Web Vitals before launch, because a slow page loses a patient at the exact moment they were ready to book.

Will a redesign help us rank for sinus, hearing and ENT near me searches?

Yes, when it is built right, and that is how we build. Google rewards clean structure, real speed, mobile-first layouts and schema, so the same credible site that books patients tends to rank better too. We bake on-page SEO and AI-search-ready structure in from the start, rather than bolting it on later.

Do you handle the writing and the photography?

We write the copy and direct the photography, leaning on real images of your practice and team rather than stock, because that is what makes a wary patient trust you. If you already have good photos we use them; if not, we tell you exactly what to shoot so the site feels like your office, not a catalogue.

After it launches, is the site mine, or am I tied to you?

It is yours, the design and the code both. No proprietary page builder you can never leave, no hosting that holds the site hostage. We train your team to make everyday edits, and any ongoing care we provide stays month to month, so you stay because the work is good, not because you are stuck.

What is included in the free homepage concept?

A real design of your new homepage, built to route each patient fast and book the appointment, so you can see the direction and the difference before spending anything. No obligation and no lock-in. If you love it, we build the rest; if not, the concept is yours to keep thinking about.
