Illustrative. The top three listings take most of the clicks on a local search, whatever the industry.

What your clients search

Three searches an injury client makes before they call

Personal injury is the most expensive legal search there is, so every one of these is contested. The audit shows which of the three you are losing today, and to whom.

01

Ready-now searches

Hours after the accident, on a phone

  • car accident lawyer near me
  • truck accident attorney Dallas
  • slip and fall lawyer

Won in the map pack and on Local Services Ads, which sit above everything else for these searches. The Business Profile and its reviews decide the three map spots.

02

Researching searches

Days later, after the adjuster calls

  • how much is my car accident case worth
  • should I talk to the insurance adjuster
  • how long do I have to file after an accident

Won with a page per injury type and per question that explains the process without promising a number, approved by your attorneys, and ending with one way to reach you.

03

AI questions

The engines name a few firms and nobody else

  • best car accident lawyer near me
  • which injury lawyer takes truck cases
  • is a lawyer worth it for a minor accident

Won by being one verifiable firm everywhere: attorney credentials, case types, results pages that follow the rules, and reviews that mention the accident type.

Inside personal injury lawyer marketing

What is different about personal injury marketing

The system is the one every page on this site describes. These four things change how it is built for an injury firm.

01

The most expensive click in legal

Legal has among the highest cost per click of any industry, and personal injury sits at the top of legal. That makes the organic map pack and Local Services Ads worth more here than anywhere else, and it makes every wasted paid click more expensive. The program is built to earn the free positions first and buy only the gaps.

02

Local Services Ads sit above everything

Google Screened listings appear above the regular ads and the map for most injury searches. You pay per lead, not per click, and you can dispute the bad ones. Getting screened, holding the reviews that rank you there, and disputing junk leads every week is part of the work.

03

Reviews against firms with a thousand of them

A small firm cannot out-count the biggest advertisers, so it has to out-specify them: reviews that mention the accident type, the attorney by name and what the firm did, a reply to every one, and a request flow that keeps them arriving. That is what the engines read when they decide who to name.

04

Ads and pages judged on signed cases

A click is not a case. Calls and forms are tracked to the search that produced them, intake is checked so good leads are not lost, and the monthly report counts consultations and signed cases, not impressions. Results pages follow bar rules: no guarantees, no unjustified expectations, disclaimers where the state requires them.

How you buy it

One audit, one program, one person

Start with the audit for your injury firm. Continue with the program if the audit earns it. Add review defense, ads or a new site only where they fit.

Meet the founder

Personal injury marketing, done by the founder himself

I’m Ashikur Rahman, founder of Proximity Ranker, in SEO since 2017. Personal injury is where I learned how crowded legal search can get: at Doctor Rank, where I worked with the team, injury firms competed in some of the most expensive local markets in the US, and the map pack and the reviews decided most of it. My degrees are in law, an LL.B and an LL.M in International Law.

I am not a licensed US attorney and I do not give legal advice. What I bring is the search side done by one person: the profile and the Local Services Ads, the page per injury type, the review flow, the ads account on a flat fee, and the monthly check of what ChatGPT and Google AI say about your firm, with your attorneys approving every word.

How it runs

How the program runs for an injury firm

The audit first, then the profile and the ads account, then the pages, then the monthly check. You see the plan and the price before you commit to anything beyond the audit.

  1. Week 1

    The audit

Map pack rankings for your accident searches from the client's side of town, thirty to fifty client questions run through the AI engines, the Business Profile, every review, Local Services Ads status and the ads account if you run one. Seven days, credited to month one.

  2. Month 1

Profile, tracking and the review flow

Categories, services, attorney profiles and photos on the Business Profile, call and form tracking that can be trusted, and a review-request flow that complies with FTC rules. Local Services Ads screened or repaired.

  3. Months 2 to 3

A page per injury type, approved by you

Car, truck, motorcycle, slip and fall, malpractice and wrongful death pages written in plain language with the structure an AI engine can quote, and the question pages that win the research searches. Your attorneys approve every word.

  4. Every month

Signed cases, rankings and AI share

Consultations and signed cases by source, map rankings for your money searches, cost per lead on LSA and ads if you run them, and your share of AI recommendations across the same prompt set. You can leave any month.

How much does SEO cost for a personal injury firm?

More than any other practice, because the competition is the biggest advertisers in legal. Agencies quote injury firms from $3,000 a month upward in a serious metro, and the largest firms spend far more. I do not quote off a shelf. The audit comes first, $750 for one office or $1,200 for several, credited to your first month, and the program is priced against what the audit finds and what your market actually costs.

Can a small injury firm compete with the big advertisers?

Not on billboards or on broad paid search, and it should not try. It can compete in the map pack, on Local Services Ads, on specific accident types the big firms treat as afterthoughts, and in the AI engines, which name firms they can verify rather than firms that spend the most. That is where the program concentrates.

Should we run SEO or Local Services Ads first?

Both, in sequence. Local Services Ads and a tight search campaign bring calls this week and cover the gap while the map pack and the pages build. Then the paid budget narrows to the searches organic cannot win. I run both for firms on the program, so they are planned together and never compete for the same budget.

How do you track signed cases, not just calls?

Calls and forms are tracked to the search, the profile or the campaign that produced them, and the firm tells me each month which became consultations and which signed. That closes the loop, so the report counts cases rather than clicks, and the budget moves toward what signs.

Who writes the content, and who approves it?

I draft every page, written to bar advertising rules: no guarantees, no unjustified expectations, results stated with the disclaimers your state requires. Your attorneys approve every word before it publishes. I am not a licensed US attorney and nothing I write is legal advice.
