Reviewing against Google's policy

Illustrative. Only reviews that break Google's policy can be removed. The rest get an honest reply and get outweighed.

What the audit covers

Six places a client decides, checked properly

Each one against the firms that actually get the calls in your city, not against a generic checklist.

01

Map pack and local rankings

  • Your money searches by practice area and city, checked from the client's location
  • Who holds the three map spots and the first page, and why they hold them
  • The gap between you and the firm in position one, in plain words
02

AI engine check

  • Thirty to fifty real client questions run through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode
  • Which firms get named, what the engines cite, and whether you appear at all
  • The same prompt set is reused every month on the program, so progress is measurable
03

Google Business Profile

  • Categories, services, attorney profiles, photos, hours, Q&A and posts
  • Name, address and phone checked against the directories the engines read
  • Duplicate, suspension and ownership risks flagged before they cost you the listing
04

Reviews and review defense

  • Every review read and sorted: genuine, policy-violating, suspicious, extortion pattern
  • Each removable review documented against the specific Google policy it breaks
  • Your replies checked for confidentiality, and your review-request flow checked for FTC rules
05

Website and content

  • Speed on a phone, technical health, indexing and schema
  • Whether every practice area and office has a page that can rank and be quoted
  • Bar-rule risks on the page: guarantees, unjustified expectations, missing disclaimers
06

Google Ads and Local Services Ads, if you run them

  • Wasted spend by search term, and the negative keywords that would stop it
  • Whether calls and forms are tracked as conversions, and whether the numbers can be trusted
  • Local Services Ads status, review count and dispute history

Why pay for an audit when other agencies offer one free?

A free audit is a sales call with a PDF attached, usually produced by a tool in ten minutes. This one is a week of my own work: thirty to fifty of your clients' actual questions run through four engines, every review read, the profile and the site checked against Google's rules and bar advertising rules, and the whole thing recorded. You keep all of it whether or not we continue, and if we do, the fee comes off your first month.

What if I do not continue after the audit?

Then you have a report, a recording and a 90-day plan you can hand to your in-house person or any other agency, and I will have told you honestly whether the program is worth it for your firm. There is no obligation and no follow-up sequence.

What do you need from me?

Your firm name, website and the practice areas and cities you care about. Manager access to the Business Profile and read-only access to Search Console make the rankings and the profile findings precise, but the audit can run on public data alone if your firm prefers not to grant access yet.

Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No, and nobody honest can. The AI engines answer differently by prompt and by day, and Google's local results change with the searcher's location. What I guarantee is the work: the same prompt set and the same searches measured the same way, so you can see whether the program is moving the numbers.

Which firms is the audit for?

Immigration, personal injury, family law and criminal defense firms first, and other consumer-facing practices such as estate planning, employment and workers' compensation on request. Single-office firms pay $750. Firms with several offices or several Business Profiles pay $1,200, and the audit covers each location.

Do you work with firms outside the US?

Yes. The audit runs the same way for firms in Canada, the UK and Australia, with the local directories and the local bar or law society advertising rules in place of the US ones. English-language markets only for now.
